NotesHelene Pichot, was a painter from Orleans where she was born and lived most of her life. She was a member of Sociétaire des artistes orléanais, Sociétaire des artistes Français and the Sociétaire du Salon d’automne. She ehibited extensively in Japan and was an honorary citizen of Utsunomiya, Tochigi Prefecture, Japan. Her work was always signed "H.C. Pichot". Helene Pichote died in Orleans on Decemebr 4, 2020, aged 78.
