NotesNina Skorubskaya was a member of the Union of Artists of the USSR. In 1938 she entered the Moscow textile Institute, Art Department, where in 1941 she transferred to the Department of the China Institute of Decorative and Applied Arts. During the war she worked on the camouflage of factories "ZIS" and "Dynamo", and was a nurse of the hospital in Biysk. After graduation, she joined the Union of Artists of the USSR. Solo exhibitions of Nina Skorubskaya were held in Tver (1982), Lipetsk (2001, 2005), Moscow (2002). The artist's works are in the collections of the Tver Art Gallery and the Tula regional art Museum.
